Zambia Programme Breakthrough for Africa

Community Action on AIDS - Time to Deliver This project focused on the International AIDS Conference in Toronto (13th-18th August, 2006) as a platform to create a cross-Canada show of wide-stakeholder, community-based action on AIDS, Africa, and gender.    Community Action on AIDS Harnessing the Wave This project signified the first stage of the Zambia Programme approved by CIDA through the CIDA public engagement funding.   It began linking select Western Canadian communities with communities in Zambia to build supportive networks between communities and develop community action plans to create long-term, sustainable, community-based action for Africa.
